Olivia Snell, Assoc. AIA
Through my architectural education I have grown to both understand and appreciate the power of design and its ability to impact people, communities, and cities. I truly believe that everyone – regardless of social status or economic background – has a right to experience quality architecture.
With this mission in mind, I spent a year working with the Center for Public Interest Design (CPID) where I participated in several phases of the POD Initiative: creating “sleeping pods” for local houseless populations in Portland. I’m excited to continue developing these skills with the affordable housing team at MWA.
When I’m not working, I love to travel, play music, spend time outdoors, and discover new thrift stores… all fueled by several cups of coffee, of course!
