Jose Eduardo Silva-Penaherrera is a designer in MWA’s Housing Studio, driven by a passion for creating beautiful, high-quality housing for people who need it most. He strives to balance thoughtful, grounded design with a forward-thinking approach, contributing to meaningful work that enhances people’s lives and brings joy to the places they call home.

Collaborating with great people is one of Jose’s favorite aspects of his work. He brings optimism, humor, and enthusiasm to every project, embodying MWA’s mission of building strong communities through architecture.

Outside of work, Jose enjoys gardening and baking. He is known around the office for his homemade soaps and delicious cakes.
