Shura supports MWA’s design services through her work in finance, where she collaborates closely with her team. Known for her dedication to detail, Shura brings a unique blend of thoughtful support and organized, if occasionally “creatively chaotic”, structure to the team. She values the camaraderie and humor in her day-to-day work and thrives in an environment rooted in collaboration. She is inspired by adaptive reuse and sustainable design, and appreciates the creativity these approaches bring to the architectural world.

Outside the office, Shura finds joy in the outdoors, especially when it involves movement, family, and friends. Whether she’s hiking, exercising, or simply relaxing at home with a good book or a favorite show, she finds balance in both activity and stillness.
