CASSIDY BECKLEY

Senior Marketing Coordinator

Cassidy is a natural connector who thrives on lifting others up. As part of MWA’s marketing team, she gets to celebrate her teammates’ work while strengthening the firm’s community-driven mission. Whether through messaging, branding, or internal culture-building, she is passionate about creating an environment where people feel valued and excited to come to work.

With a knack for conversation and a team-first mentality, Cassidy ensures that MWA’s voice—both internally and externally—reflects the firm’s fun, quirky, and kind culture. Graduating from Cal Poly with a degree in Graphic Communication, Cassidy has expertise in an eclectic mixture of marketing, graphic design, and civil design, along with a deep commitment to supporting her colleagues however she can. Through her role at MWA, she hopes to amplify voices—whether it’s celebrating her colleagues’ achievements or uplifting communities that are often unheard.

Outside of work, Cassidy and her husband are restoring their hundred-year-old Portland home, a labor of love that fills much of their free time. When they’re not DIYing, you’ll find them on the river with their two dogs, Ella and Fern.
