Colleen is a detail-oriented and collaborative project manager passionate about bringing infrastructure projects to the forefront of design. She cares about the critical role these projects play in communities, working to make them functional and thoughtfully integrated into the surrounding community. With interests in resilience, net-zero design, and sustainability, she is dedicated to creating lasting, impactful spaces.

At MWA, Colleen values her team’s shared goals and supportive culture. She enjoys working in a hybrid environment that prioritizes work-life balance while fostering professional growth. Colleen is currently pursuing specifications as her niche. With a knack for communication, organization, and problem-solving, she helps keep projects running smoothly and teams aligned.

Outside of work, Colleen keeps busy with experimental cooking, caring for her cats, and traveling. She loves sightseeing, visiting museums, painting, reading, and, of course, brunch.
