Providing much-needed affordable senior housing in Clark County, this 4-story, 49-unit one-bedroom apartment building is located near 62nd Avenue and 4th Plain Boulevard in Vancouver, on a large flag lot parcel as the first phase of a planned 95 unit development. MWA is currently designing the second phase which will complete this vibrant new senior community.
With good access to local amenities and transit, Isabella Court is situated to serve its senior population well. The building features abundant community spaces, a connection to the outdoors with a patio, garden beds, and apartments that are filled with natural light. Designed and built to Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards, the apartments focus on energy efficiency.

The design emphasized accessibility and placed senior housing to the north of the site, with primary ground floor entry and gathering spaces at the southeast corner of the building to provide a strong connection for guests and residents.
