    When it is complete, the Argyle Street Apartments will be a transit oriented, vibrant, mixed-use, mixed-income development in North Portland’s Kenton neighborhood. With 198 units of affordable and market rate housing the units will serve a range of families with various unit sizes. The ground floor retail and outdoor courtyards will promote an active, pedestrian friendly environment.

    Intended to maximize density, reduce automobile use, while providing affordable housing, Argyle Street Apartments will be an anchor project, providing a catalyst for future development in the neighborhood. Located adjacent to a TriMet light rail station, residents will have access to the entire metropolitan area via this public transit amenity.
