At MWA, she enjoys showcasing the firm’s work and playing a role in its success. As marketing coordinator, Toni also enjoys taking part in shaping MWA’s internal culture. Organized, adaptable, and a clear communicator, Toni brings a thoughtful and structured approach to her work.

Passionate about trauma-informed design and spatial justice, Toni is committed to advocating for projects that prioritize the well-being of communities.

Outside of the office, Toni is an avid reader, dedicated Trail Blazers fan, and enthusiastic amateur cook.
