Meet Tim, a designer driven by curiosity and a love for learning and growth. He loves community engagement, where listening, asking questions, and helping others tap into their own creativity drives the vision and ultimately, the design product. At his core, Tim believes community grows strongest when we listen first. Collaboration begins with an open mind, and he carries that value into every project. He thrives on turning what we learn from others into spaces that matter.

At MWA, Tim is excited to work in building types that often go unnoticed. With a fascination for infrastructure and the crucial systems that support daily life, he enjoys finding ways to elevate these spaces with thoughtful design.

When he’s off the clock, Tim is usually outside trail running or foraging, thrifting for treasures to upcycle, or fostering rabbits through Rabbit Advocates. He’s passionate about adaptive reuse, whether it’s reimagining found objects or envisioning a new future for existing buildings.
