A designer in MWA’s Infrastructure Studio, Ricardo most enjoys working where design intent meets real-world constraints and finding intentional, integrated solutions to address them. He is drawn to the challenge of creating building details that reinforce the overall project vision, using his practiced BIM and Revit skills to help bring everything to life.

At MWA, Ricardo values the collaborative, knowledge-sharing work culture and the constant search for improving workflows. He finds purpose in bridging design intent and technical execution, where compliance becomes a tool for creating strong architectural design work. Ricardo is inspired by the project types he works on in the Infrastructure Studio, which have specialized requirements and a clear alignment with MWA’s mission to serve the essential needs of the community.

In his free time, Ricardo enjoys watching and playing sports, making art, playing and listening to music, and traveling.
