Designer

Luigi is a designer motivated by the challenge of working across various project types and identifying the right approach to support clients’ goals. He is especially passionate about people-centered projects that leave a lasting, positive impact on communities. Enthusiastic and endlessly collaborative, Luigi loves learning from others and turning those insights into creative solutions that boost both process and design quality.

At MWA, Luigi values a culture of teamwork, open dialogue, and shared purpose. He sees the firm’s commitment to community, sustainability, and equity as essential to responsible design practice. Grounded in the belief that architects are stewards of the built environment, he approaches his work with care and intention, seeking to use resources thoughtfully while delivering projects that serve people, particularly those most in need. He brings MWA’s values into his daily work by fostering teamwork, thinking critically about design impact, and contributing to solutions that are both meaningful and adaptable.

Luigi is particularly interested in design approaches that prioritize flexibility, human experience, and frameworks that support evolving. He is drawn to projects that shape social interaction and collective space.

Outside of work, Luigi channels his creativity into guitar, recording music, painting, and reading graphic novels. He is also a karaoke regular, bringing the same energy and curiosity to his hobbies as he does to every project he touches.
