Joe is passionate about creating meaningful spaces that serve communities and have a lasting impact. He thrives on problem-solving, turning ideas into functional and meaningful environments. The most rewarding part of his work is seeing his designs come to life and knowing they’ll improve people’s daily lives.

At MWA, Joe enjoys working on a variety of projects that provide essential services to the public. He is particularly interested in innovative building strategies, including integrating mass timber and other sustainable systems into his projects to promote an eco-conscious future. His approach combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving to work toward a design that balances sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics.

Joe values the culture at MWA, where he collaborates with a talented team and works on a diverse range of projects within the Sustainability Studio. He appreciates that the office provides meaningful and fun opportunities to participate.

Outside of work, Joe loves spending time with his wife and two daughters. He delights in exploring the outdoors, hiking, camping, and discovering new places. He also has a passion for cooking and culinary exploration.
