Senior Interior Designer

Jenna is passionate about leaving a positive impact through thoughtful, meaningful design. She loves diving deep into the psychology and science behind how people experience space and finds joy in turning ideas and concepts into beautiful, tangible places. For Jenna, few things are more rewarding than standing inside a finished space she helped create.

She thrives on building strong connections with project teams, believing that solid relationships not only make projects run smoothly but also make the work more enjoyable. Jenna brings a sharp eye for design efficiencies, strong research practices, creative problem-solving, and a passion for storytelling to every project. She is especially drawn to Trauma-Informed Design and is dedicated to creating spaces that feel as good as they look and genuinely support the people who use them.

What Jenna appreciates most about MWA is the supportive, ego-free environment where everyone’s voice is valued and growth is supported. She is excited to contribute to mission-driven work that has a positive impact on both communities and the environment.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Jenna exploring from the skies in a small airplane with her pilot partner, relaxing at home with her cats, or experimenting with embroidery, needle felting, and nail art.
