HR Manager

Christine brings a thoughtful, balanced approach to human resources, combining her legal background with deep empathy for people. Through her role as HR Manager, she helps create programs and experiences that promote well-being, foster growth, and cultivate community. Christine is dedicated to creating a workplace where individuals feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work.

In Christine’s opinion, the best part of MWA is the people. Every team member is aligned on the firm’s commitment to sustainable practices and consideration of the communities our designs serve. MWA is a uniquely caring professional environment, reflected in the firm’s values, leadership’s commitment to inclusion and all employees’ growth and success, and the way colleagues support and lift each other up. She is inspired every day by the people she works with.

Outside the office, Christine enjoys tending to her garden, which she is currently transforming into a small meadow, walking with her dog Agador, and exploring the Bay Area’s beaches and trails. She also enjoys giving back through volunteer work, board service, and pro bono HR support for local non-profits.
