Caitlin Bryan, AIA, WELL AP, LEED Ga

Designer

Caitlin is an architect passionate about sustainability. As MWA’s first WELL-certified designer, she supported the firm’s efforts to implement firmwide energy and daylight modeling and to become a signatory to the AIA 2030 commitment in 2021. Caitlin values integrating sustainable design practices into all projects, no matter the size or complexity. As a designer, she deeply enjoys the process of taking general concepts and working through design elements piece by piece until they come together to create a functional, beautifully thought-out space. Caitlin’s main design goal is to create environments where people feel comfortable and safe, recognizing the impact that our spaces have on people’s day-to-day life.

At MWA, Caitlin appreciates that the team encourages and challenges her to step outside her comfort zone and take on challenging tasks across different projects. She appreciates that MWA is made up of problem solvers committed to creating the best possible solutions for their communities and the environment. Caitlin embodies MWA’s mission and values by listening and providing technical, realistic solutions that reflect the needs of the communities and people we serve.

Outside of work, Caitlin loves to explore new trails and parks with her high-energy yellow lab, Harper. She is also an avid reader (especially historical fiction!)
