Brooke cares about project accounting because it sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and design. With a background in construction project workflows and data-driven reporting, she connects the financial and operational sides of projects, supporting clear communication, planning, and collaboration across teams. Brooke loves helping teams see the bigger picture of their projects, where financial clarity supports thoughtful decisions and contributes to long-term project success. Translating complex financial information into accessible, actionable insight is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.

Inspired by the impact of thoughtful design on everyday experience, Brooke aligns closely with MWA’s values and mission. She sees each project as an opportunity to contribute to work that serves communities in meaningful ways. Creating projects that support people’s everyday lives requires creativity, care, and strong collaboration. She is proud to uphold these values in her role as project accountant, helping project teams stay focused on delivering meaningful design solutions.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys hiking and exploring new landscapes. She is especially interested in nature and landscape photography, capturing light, scenery, and quiet moments along the trail. She also loves movies and video games.
