MWA is providing programming, planning, laboratory design, architectural and engineering services, plans, specifications, bid phases services, construction administration and record drawings for the facility that replaces an existing laboratory. The project is designed to meet the City of Livermore’s code for new construction which is equivalent to LEED Silver Certified.
