Treme/Lafitte and Tulane/Gravier Homebuilding

The new On-Site project in the Treme/Lafitte neighborhood is composed of over 417 living quarters in approximately 220 buildings composed of single family detached house, duplexes and multifamily residential apartments on a seven-block site.

144 units will be for sale. All will reflect the local architectural vernacular and will replace existing multifamily buildings that were vacated after Hurricane Katrina. The Off-Site project in the Tulane/Gravier neighborhood will be composed of more than 100 new homes on scattered sites in the heart of the city.
