This 4-story building will provide 44 one-bedroom independent-living apartments for seniors along with a two-bedroom manager’s unit. The project is supportive of residents with a full range of mobility impairments and is a supportive community until skilled medical care is necessary. A variety of community spaces provide residents with multiple opportunities for social interaction and engagement. This infill project takes advantage of its central location to essential services within very easy reach of each resident.
