This project designed to LEED Gold standards is on a highly visible public site and sits in a FEMA 100 year flood plain. MWA worked with the Public Advisory Committee, Parks Department, and supported the Water Bureau during public hearings. Land Use Reviews for this facility are Type III Conditional Use Review, Type III Zone Map Amendment, Type III Design Review, and Type II Greenway Review.
