Oakridge Park Senior Housing

Lake Oswego, OR

MWA Architects designed the 4-story independent senior living apartment building in the Lake Grove section of Lake Oswego. Designed in a Northwest Contemporary style, with cedar lap siding, cement siding and concrete masonry.

Oakridge Park provides 44 one-bedroom apartments for seniors along with a single two-bedroom manager’s unit. In addition to staff and office space, there are multiple community spaces including: a computer room for residents; a community room for the primary use of residents but also available to the public; the 2nd and 3rd floors have large south-facing community rooms overlooking the street; two outdoor seating areas combined with green roof porches are also available for resident and community engagement.
