Lincoln Place Apartments

Vancouver, WA

Lincoln Place Apartments features 30 studio units to support chronically homeless individuals.

The site is located in Vancouver's City Center, situated between heavy industrial activities and residential housing. The building was designed to be a transition element between these two dynamics, while providing a strong identity of "home" for some of the city's most vulnerable citizens. In addition to the studio apartments, the building will support residents with community and common room space, as well as a "bug room" to help keep pests out of the building. The site was designed to allow for the potential of additional services to be developed south of the project to provide support for Vancouver's homeless population.
