It is located within the nationally acclaimed Orenco Station planned development and adjacent to a light rail transit station connecting it to the larger Portland/Metro region. The project was developed on the primary boulevard extending from the Orenco Station town center to the light rail boulevard. Project design maximizes the amount of outdoor community spaces, in order to engage residents of the building and neighborhood seamlessly.
A formal courtyard and entry plaza at the front of the building with ample seating and gathering space serve as a transition between the public street and the lobby and community room within the building. At the opposite end of the building is a large community garden available to residents and neighbors.
