We worked with the lead architect, Studios Architecture, who was responsible for shell and core design. The new City Hall houses approximately 165 people, holding offices, ceremonial spaces and support areas for the City Council, City Manager, Administration, Planning, Building, Engineering, Neighborhood Service, Finance, Purchasing and Human Resources departments, along with permit counter operation. Site planning and architecture builds upon the current Civic Center site which includes a community center and main library in a park-like setting.
